Description
Participants must create a parkour line and present it. They integrate a given number of moves. The teacher can impose moves, selected from techniques covered in previous lessons.
The teacher evaluates the sequence on a 10 point scale, with the following criteria:
- Execution: cleanliness of moves, quality of the landings and balances
- Fluidity: speed of the run, avoiding parasitic movements and gaps in the sequence (long periods of walking, running or stopping)
- Creativity: variety of moves, unusual moves, original use of obstacles...
